Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal data about you, provide a copy, correct inaccurate data, delete data, restrict its use, object to legitimate-interest processing, or provide data you supplied in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Use the business email address associated with the enquiry where possible. Include the enquiry reference if you have it.
We verify only what is reasonably necessary. Do not send a passport or identity document unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If a complex request requires up to two additional months, we tell you within the first month and explain why.
Privacy team
Requests are normally free. We may charge a reasonable fee or refuse only where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, and we will explain the decision.
If the GDPR applies, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in the EEA country of your habitual residence, place of work or the alleged infringement. You can find authorities through the European Data Protection Board. You may also contact us first so we can address the concern.
