Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Zhejiang GENAN Industry & Trade Co., Ltd.浙江舸楠工贸有限公司 (“GENAN”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing genanurban.com or using GENAN Content Publisher, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

What the service does

GENAN Content Publisher is an official GENAN tool that allows an authorized user to connect a TikTok account, review the connected account and upload or publish original content through TikTok's official interfaces. The user chooses the content and publishing settings and confirms each publishing action.

TikTok is an independent service. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms, policies, community guidelines and technical limits. We do not control whether TikTok accepts, processes, restricts or removes content.

Account authorization

You must use only a TikTok account that you own or are expressly authorized to manage. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and connected accounts. We never ask you to provide your TikTok password to GENAN Content Publisher.

You may disconnect the tool or revoke TikTok access at any time through the available account controls. Revocation may prevent further publishing but does not remove content already published to TikTok.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your instructions and transmit selected content to TikTok. You confirm that you have all necessary rights, permissions and licenses for the video, audio, images, trademarks, people and locations included in the content.

You are responsible for reviewing captions, privacy settings, commercial-content disclosures and all other publishing choices before confirming a post.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or unauthorized content; interfere with the service or TikTok; evade platform safeguards; distribute malware; scrape data; send spam; or attempt to access another person's account or credentials.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service to maintain security, comply with law or platform requirements, or improve functionality. TikTok may also change or withdraw its interfaces without notice to us. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for TikTok outages, platform decisions, rejected or delayed posts, loss caused by unauthorized device access, or content and instructions supplied by a user.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GENAN will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or end access if use creates a security risk, violates these terms or applicable platform rules, infringes third-party rights, or exposes GENAN or another person to legal risk.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Zhejiang GENAN Industry & Trade Co., Ltd.浙江舸楠工贸有限公司 in the People's Republic of China, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. The parties will first try to resolve a dispute in good faith; unresolved disputes will be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction in Lishui, Zhejiang.
